There aren’t an abundance of cinemas in Javea showing English movies, however, that’s not to say there are no good cinema options! Because there is a very good one and makes for a very fun thing to do in Javea during the evening.
Cine Jayan
Cine Jayan is the main cinema in Javea, where I grew up watching blockbusters – in English! Cine Jayan is a large and comfortable cinema, with one large screen, great audio and comfortable seats with decent legroom.
They always offer a good selection of recently released films, released in English with Spanish subtitles (VOSE). They also show Spanish films.
Tickets are great value, at 6 euros a ticket. Food and drink are available to buy. And of course, there’s popcorn!
You can walk past the cinema’s window in the daytime to see posters of the films they will show that week.

Otherwise, you can see which listings are in English by clicking on the day, and see where each movie has an English flag next to the timing.
Cine Jayan is located in the centre of the Javea Port, close to the promenade. It’s located next to Restaurant Sotavent, one of my favourite restaurants in Javea! I recommend having dinner there after watching your movie, depending on the timing.
